On September 1, California made a landmark decision to ban the sale of soft drinks in public high schools. This was just one day after they also banned the sale of junk food in all K-12 California schools.

I personally agree that such legislation should be adopted by each state. Soda is full of sugar and the diet soda is even worse with considerations of nutrasweet being a cause of certain types of cancer, ms, and fibromyalgia type symptoms.
