This is a great article. Thanks for posting this information. I have been trying for years to get my husband to develop better eating habits, and he has continually put up a fight. Should I leave him alone and let him figure this out on his own?

Rick Rakauskas

My brother-in-law had a mild heart attack a couple of months back.

His eating and exercise habits have done a 180 degree reversal as a result.

After seeing his best friend die of one a couple months before, he suddenly became interested in healthy eating and exercise for the first time in 50 years after he was told to change or die.

He changed, but his own illness was the key event. He finally realised heart attacks don't just happen to "other" folks.
