That's a good point. I haven't been exercising at all lately, and my eating habits have been moving into more fast food, more sweets, etc. It feels like my mind is waving a white flag and saying, "Hey, I give up, if you're not going to exercise, then go ahead and eat whatever you want. I don't care."

Obviously, I need to get back to an exercise regimen to help change that attitude.
