Good point Ryan.

My clients are generally mid-size company marketing directors or the principals. They invest a lot of themselves into their business. So what I do to cultivate relatioships is send client info/trends/research anything related to their industry/company/customer that demonstrates I'm always thinking about their business like they are. They love it!

Great suggestion, Betsy! I believe Bob Bly is famous for doing something similar--clipping articles and sending them to clients and associates.
